【摘要】：高職畢業(yè)生現(xiàn)有的職業(yè)精神與社會(huì)和企業(yè)的要求尚存在一定距離,重職業(yè)技能教育輕職業(yè)精神培育的現(xiàn)象依然對(duì)高職教育形成困擾。本文從工匠精神出發(fā)說明高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)精神培育的重要性,并對(duì)高職學(xué)生職業(yè)精神培育的路徑進(jìn)行了探析。
[Abstract]:There is still a certain distance between the existing vocational spirit of higher vocational graduates and the demands of society and enterprises. The phenomenon of attaching importance to vocational skill education and neglecting the cultivation of vocational spirit still puzzles higher vocational education. This paper explains the importance of cultivating vocational spirit of students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of artisans' spirit, and probes into the path of cultivating professional spirit of students in higher vocational colleges.
