【摘要】：供給側(cè)改革戰(zhàn)略的提出對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和高職學(xué)生就業(yè)能力提出了更高的要求。文章在分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與高職學(xué)生就業(yè)能力關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前高職學(xué)生就業(yè)能力與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)接中存在的問(wèn)題,并在實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)教深度融合、提升學(xué)生專業(yè)發(fā)展能力、加強(qiáng)職業(yè)意識(shí)培養(yǎng)、提高學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力四方面提出了相應(yīng)的舉措,以期為高職院校培養(yǎng)適銷對(duì)路的畢業(yè)生提供參考。
[Abstract]:The strategy of supply-side reform puts forward higher requirements for regional economy and higher vocational students' employability. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the regional economy and the employability of higher vocational students, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the docking between the employment ability of the students in higher vocational colleges and the regional economy, and promotes the students' professional development ability by realizing the deep integration of production and teaching. In order to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate marketable graduates, this paper puts forward corresponding measures in four aspects: strengthening vocational consciousness and improving students' ability to adapt to society.
