職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展區(qū)域差異研究

【摘要】:“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+'環(huán)境下,對(duì)高技能、信息化新型人才需求的不斷提升,使職業(yè)教育開(kāi)始著力于培養(yǎng)能夠承擔(dān)高級(jí)技術(shù)工作的信息化新型專業(yè)人才,職業(yè)教育由傳統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)模式向信息化、現(xiàn)代化培養(yǎng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變己勢(shì)不可擋。職業(yè)教育信息化以就業(yè)和建設(shè)人才資源強(qiáng)國(guó)為導(dǎo)向,是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)從工業(yè)化向現(xiàn)代化邁進(jìn)提供人才資源的保障。雖然各省市職業(yè)院校大力推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育信息化建設(shè),政府、企業(yè)都給予了大力支持,但由于各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)因素等的影響,不同地區(qū)職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展水平參差不齊,亟需對(duì)職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展的地區(qū)差異進(jìn)行深入研究,為職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)的政策建議。為了解目前職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,探索職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展的區(qū)域差異性,縮小地區(qū)差距并為各省市職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展提供政策建議。本研究通過(guò)搜集研究國(guó)家各級(jí)各類教育信息化政策文件及職業(yè)教育信息化領(lǐng)域相關(guān)專家的研究文獻(xiàn)資料,篩選指標(biāo)構(gòu)建職業(yè)教育信息化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。同時(shí),由于組合賦權(quán)法能夠同時(shí)兼顧主客觀賦權(quán)方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),最大程度的保留主客觀賦權(quán)法的指標(biāo)信息,因此采用基于層次分析法和CRITIC法的組合賦權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,進(jìn)而測(cè)算職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展指數(shù)。通過(guò)各地區(qū)發(fā)展指數(shù)比較、差異分析及前后位差異比較,探究區(qū)域差異情況。由本研究可知,整體上,職業(yè)教育信息化發(fā)展水平在逐年提升,各省市間的差異水平也在逐年降低,但位于平均發(fā)展水平以上省份的差異水平則呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低的狀態(tài);針對(duì)差異水平的不穩(wěn)定變化情況,應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整平均發(fā)展水平以上省市的發(fā)展策略,做到發(fā)展水平較高省份的同步提升。針對(duì)東、中、西各地區(qū)的發(fā)展情況,東部地區(qū)之間的差異最大,呈現(xiàn)高水平高差異的現(xiàn)狀;其次則是西部地區(qū),中部地區(qū)則差異水平最低;同時(shí),中部地區(qū)的差異縮小速度最快,西部地區(qū)的差異縮小速度最慢。針對(duì)東中西部地區(qū)差異情況,還需關(guān)注差異,縮小基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)差異水平;推動(dòng)數(shù)字教育資源的應(yīng)用,推動(dòng)管理信息化的應(yīng)用升級(jí)并建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的保障機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)東部院校與中西部院校間職業(yè)教育信息化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流,中西部院校多借鑒東部職業(yè)院校的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),加強(qiáng)可提高發(fā)展方面的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:"under the environment of the Internet, the continuous upgrading of the demand for new talents of high skill and information makes vocational education begin to focus on training new information professionals who can undertake advanced technical work," he said. Vocational education from the traditional training model to information, the transformation of modern training mode irresistible. The informationization of vocational education, guided by employment and the construction of a powerful country in human resources, is the guarantee for our country to realize the development from industrialization to modernization. Although vocational colleges and universities in various provinces and cities have made great efforts to promote the construction of vocational education informatization, the government and enterprises have given great support, but due to the influence of economic development and social factors in various regions, the level of informatization development of vocational education in different regions varies widely. It is urgent to study the regional differences in the development of vocational education informatization, and provide corresponding policy suggestions for the development of vocational education informatization. In order to understand the current situation of the construction of vocational education informatization, explore the regional differences of vocational education informatization development, narrow the regional gap and provide policy suggestions for the development of vocational education informatization in various provinces and cities. Through collecting and studying the policy documents of national educational informatization at all levels and the research documents of relevant experts in the field of vocational education informatization, this study selects indicators to construct the evaluation index system of vocational education informatization. At the same time, because the combination weight method can give consideration to the advantages of subjective and objective weight method, the index information of subjective and objective weighting method can be kept to the maximum extent, so the combined weight method based on AHP and CRITIC method is used to determine the index weight. And then calculate the vocational education information development index. Through the regional development index comparison, the difference analysis and the position difference comparison, explores the regional difference situation. As a whole, the level of information development of vocational education is increasing year by year, the level of difference between provinces and cities is also decreasing year by year, but the level of difference between provinces above the average level of development is rising first and then decreasing. In view of the unstable change of the difference level, we should adjust the development strategy of provinces and cities above the average level of development in time, so that the development level of the provinces with higher level of development should be upgraded synchronously. In view of the development of the east, middle and west regions, the difference between the eastern regions is the biggest, showing high level and high difference, followed by the western region, the central region is the lowest difference level; At the same time, the difference in the central region shrinks fastest, and the western region the slowest. In view of the differences in the eastern, central and western regions, we should also pay attention to the differences and reduce the difference level of infrastructure construction; To promote the application of digital education resources, to promote the application and upgrading of management information, to establish a guarantee mechanism for sustainable development, and to strengthen the exchange of experience in the informatization construction of vocational education between eastern and central and western colleges and universities. The central and western colleges and universities should learn from the practical experience of the eastern vocational colleges and strengthen the construction of the development.
