【摘要】：校企合作目前已經(jīng)成為高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的基本模式。文章通過對校企合作驅(qū)動因素的分析,提出了雙主體合作模式的運作機理,論述了雙主體合作模式的特點,包括強調(diào)合作對企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性價值、突出全方位管理制度建設等。同時,通過分析國內(nèi)部分高職院校雙主體校企合作的實踐,在組織建設、制度建構(gòu)以及模式創(chuàng)新方面提出實施雙主體模式的具體措施。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between school and enterprise has become the basic mode of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the driving factors of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, this paper puts forward the operating mechanism of the mode of cooperation between two subjects, and discusses the characteristics of the mode of cooperation between two subjects, including emphasizing the strategic value of cooperation to enterprises and the construction of omni-directional management system, etc. At the same time, through the analysis of the practice of the cooperation between the two subjects in some higher vocational colleges in China, the author puts forward the concrete measures to implement the double subject mode in the aspects of organization construction, system construction and mode innovation.
