【摘要】：師資隊伍建設是中高職有效銜接和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關鍵,為高技能型人才的培養(yǎng)提供全面保障。通過分析目前中高職銜接師資隊伍的現(xiàn)狀,提出了以政校企行、工學結(jié)合、專兼職教師互動作為中高職銜接人才培養(yǎng)模式的切入點,同時也是提高師資教學團隊水平的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:The construction of the teaching staff is the key to the effective connection and coordinated development of the middle and higher vocational colleges and provides a comprehensive guarantee for the cultivation of highly skilled talents. Based on the analysis of the current situation of connecting teachers in middle and higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward that the combination of politics, school and enterprise, the combination of work and learning, and the interaction of part-time and full-time teachers are the starting points for the training of talents in middle and higher vocational schools. At the same time, it is also an important way to improve the teaching team level.
