【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的必然選擇,也是我國開創(chuàng)具有中國特色的城鎮(zhèn)化道路的必然選擇。江西是一個傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,農(nóng)村人口占主體地位,大力推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化是加快江西崛起,實(shí)現(xiàn)富民興贛的重大戰(zhàn)略。隨著新型城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化的“雙化加速”,江西極其迫切的需要大批高素質(zhì)、高技能型的人才來支持新型城鎮(zhèn)化事業(yè)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,對農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展規(guī)模和質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求。通過農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村剩余勞動力合理、有序地向城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)移,把農(nóng)村沉重的人口負(fù)擔(dān)轉(zhuǎn)化為巨大的人力資源優(yōu)勢,為新型城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供高質(zhì)量的人才支持和智力支撐。因此,研究農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在新型城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下如何實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、如何有效地服務(wù)于新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),探尋新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下江西農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展對策,具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文獻(xiàn)研究法和系統(tǒng)分析法為主要研究方法,分析江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化特點(diǎn)與主要任務(wù),從轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級和城鄉(xiāng)一體化為出發(fā)點(diǎn)分析江西勞動力資源需求和新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下江西農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中所出現(xiàn)的各種問題,探尋江西農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的發(fā)展對策。最后,在總結(jié)江西省農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題的基礎(chǔ)上,從農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和自身內(nèi)部情況兩個方面出發(fā),為農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育更好地服務(wù)于新型城鎮(zhèn)化而提出發(fā)展對策。
[Abstract]:New urbanization is the inevitable choice of economic and social development, and is also the inevitable choice of opening up the urbanization road with Chinese characteristics in our country. Jiangxi is a large traditional agricultural province, and rural population occupies the main position. It is an important strategy to speed up the rise of Jiangxi and realize the prosperity of Jiangxi. With the "double acceleration" of new urbanization and industrialization, Jiangxi urgently needs a large number of high-quality and highly skilled personnel to support the construction and development of the new type of urbanization. The development scale and quality of rural vocational education have put forward higher requirements. Through the rural vocational education, the rural surplus labor force can be reasonably transferred to the cities and towns, and the heavy population burden in the rural areas will be transformed into a huge advantage of human resources. Provide high-quality talent support and intellectual support for the sustainable development of new urbanization and industrialization. Therefore, this paper studies how to realize the sustainable development of rural vocational education under the background of new urbanization, how to effectively serve the new urbanization construction, and how to explore the development countermeasures of Jiangxi rural vocational education under the new urbanization background. It has important theoretical and practical significance. This literature research method and the system analysis method are the main research methods to analyze the characteristics and main tasks of the new urbanization in Jiangxi, and from the transfer of population to the city, Based on the upgrading of industrial structure and the integration of urban and rural areas, this paper analyzes the problems in the development of rural vocational education in Jiangxi under the background of the demand for labor resources and the new urbanization. Explore the development countermeasures of Jiangxi rural vocational education under the new urbanization background. Finally, on the basis of summing up the present situation and problems of rural vocational education in Jiangxi Province, this paper starts from two aspects: the external environment of rural vocational education development and the internal situation of rural vocational education. In order to better serve the rural vocational education in the new urbanization and put forward the development countermeasures.
