【摘要】:近年來(lái),,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育迅速發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)的大量技能型人才輸送到了現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的各個(gè)崗位,對(duì)祖國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)進(jìn)步做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。培養(yǎng)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、服務(wù)等一線需要的技能人才是職業(yè)教育的使命,社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),職業(yè)教育有著不可替代的作用。 中等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育中的重要組成部分,然而中職學(xué)校在教育實(shí)施過(guò)程中,由于課程設(shè)計(jì)與企業(yè)對(duì)人才的需求、課程實(shí)施效果與才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)之間的差距,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生就業(yè)時(shí)不能滿足企業(yè)崗位的需要,出現(xiàn)“有需求沒(méi)人才”的現(xiàn)象。多年的職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐說(shuō)明:傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)科課程模式,使我國(guó)職業(yè)教育良性發(fā)展受到制約;國(guó)外新型的課程模式,不太適合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的國(guó)情;職業(yè)教育課程改革探索開發(fā)適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的課程模式,必須結(jié)合我國(guó)自身特點(diǎn)。 本課題討論的是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目課程開發(fā)與實(shí)施的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。項(xiàng)目課程是一種以工作過(guò)程為導(dǎo)向、以工作任務(wù)為中心的課程模式。項(xiàng)目課程開發(fā)模式要求課程和教學(xué)與具體的職業(yè)活動(dòng)緊密聯(lián)系,反映工作任務(wù)的完成程序,保證技能型人才培養(yǎng)的根本要求。 本課題詳細(xì)闡述了項(xiàng)目課程的概念、開發(fā)原則、實(shí)施條件、教學(xué)方法和開發(fā)過(guò)程,并給出了具體中職學(xué)校課程開發(fā)與實(shí)施的案例。研究通過(guò)對(duì)教師、學(xué)生、企業(yè)管理人員、技術(shù)工人等不同人群的調(diào)查,得出項(xiàng)目課程在中職學(xué)校專業(yè)教學(xué)中應(yīng)用不是很普遍,實(shí)施過(guò)程出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題很多,提出確立校企合作開發(fā)機(jī)制、建立學(xué)校政策保障、加強(qiáng)師資力量培養(yǎng)、做好項(xiàng)目建設(shè)等中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目課程開發(fā)與實(shí)施的對(duì)策。本課題以《機(jī)械制圖》項(xiàng)目課程開發(fā)為例,闡述了遷安職教中心機(jī)械加工專業(yè)項(xiàng)目課程的開發(fā)過(guò)程、實(shí)施方案,遷安職教中心在項(xiàng)目課程開發(fā)與實(shí)施中解決問(wèn)題的具體辦法,為中職學(xué)校進(jìn)行“項(xiàng)目課程開發(fā)與實(shí)施研究”提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's vocational education has developed rapidly, and a large number of skilled personnel have been transferred to various posts in the modernization drive, which has made important contributions to the economic development and social progress of the motherland. It is the mission of vocational education to serve the skilled personnel in the front line. With the advancement of socialist modernization, vocational education plays an irreplaceable role. Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education in our country. However, in the course of the implementation of secondary vocational schools, the gap between the effect of curriculum implementation and the goal of talent training is due to the curriculum design and the demand of enterprises for talents. As a result, students can not meet the needs of enterprises when they are employed, and there is a phenomenon of "there is no need for talents". The practice of vocational education for many years shows that: the traditional subject curriculum model restricts the benign development of vocational education in our country; The new curriculum model of foreign countries is not suitable for the current situation of social and economic development in our country, and the curriculum reform of vocational education should be combined with the characteristics of our country to explore and develop the curriculum model suitable for China's national conditions. This topic discusses the problems related to the development and implementation of the project curriculum in vocational education secondary vocational schools in China. The project curriculum is a kind of work process oriented. The project curriculum development mode requires that the curriculum and teaching be closely related to the specific professional activities, reflect the completion procedures of the work tasks, and ensure the basic requirements of the cultivation of skilled talents. In this paper, the concept, development principle, implementation condition, teaching method and development process of the project curriculum are described in detail, and the case of curriculum development and implementation in the secondary vocational school is given. Through the investigation of different people, such as skilled workers, it is concluded that the application of the project curriculum in the specialized teaching of secondary vocational schools is not very common, and there are many problems in the implementation process. It is proposed to establish a mechanism for the development of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and to establish a school policy guarantee. Strengthen the training of teachers, do a good job in the project curriculum development and implementation of secondary vocational schools. Taking the "Mechanical drawing" project curriculum development as an example, this paper expounds the development process of the project curriculum of mechanical processing major in Qianan Vocational Education Center. The implementation plan, the concrete method of solving the problem in the development and implementation of the project curriculum in Qianan Vocational Education Center, provides a theoretical reference for the "Research on the Development and implementation of the Project Curriculum" in the secondary vocational school.
