【摘要】：介紹了東華大學提出的"122"研究生培養(yǎng)模式,通過探索"產(chǎn)學研用"人才培養(yǎng)新模式,形成與國外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)單位的深層次合作與交流機制,促成青年教師赴企業(yè)掛職工作和海外交換等來保證"122"研究生培養(yǎng)模式的推行,同時指出了,實踐過程中存在的觀念轉(zhuǎn)變的困境和執(zhí)行不力等問題,并在此基礎上提出一些改進策略。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the training model of "122" graduate student proposed by Donghua University. By exploring the new mode of cultivating talents for "production, learning and research", the paper forms a deep level cooperation and exchange mechanism with foreign joint training units. In order to ensure the implementation of the "122" graduate student training model, young teachers are promoted to go to enterprises to work and exchange overseas. At the same time, it points out that the dilemma of concept change and the lack of implementation in the process of practice are also pointed out. On this basis, some improvement strategies are put forward.
