談本科學歷幼兒教師入職的問題及對策

【摘要】:目前越來越多的本科生加入到幼兒教師隊伍中。他們具有自身優(yōu)勢,但也表現(xiàn)出較多不適,如職業(yè)認同感低和教學技能弱等。為此,我們應(yīng)制定將高校培養(yǎng)模式重新定位、搭建發(fā)展平臺等策略,以促進本科生幼兒教師更快更好地適應(yīng)工作。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more undergraduates join the preschool teachers. They have their own advantages, but also show more discomfort, such as low professional identity and weak teaching skills. Therefore, we should formulate strategies such as repositioning the university training model and building a development platform in order to promote undergraduate preschool teachers to adapt to their work more quickly and better.
