【摘要】：正福建省廈門(mén)市第十幼兒園創(chuàng)辦于1988年,隸屬思明區(qū)教育局,系福建省示范性幼兒園。該園秉承"以人為本,和諧發(fā)展"的辦園理念,用思想管理園所,用文化經(jīng)營(yíng)幼兒園,用人文引領(lǐng)辦園特色和教師專(zhuān)業(yè)自覺(jué)發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)了一批省、市、區(qū)學(xué)科帶頭人和骨干教師以及一名省教師教學(xué)技能大賽一等獎(jiǎng)獲得者。該園先后獲得了"全國(guó)課題成果二等獎(jiǎng)""福建
[Abstract]:The 10th Kindergarten in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, was founded in 1988. It belongs to Siming District Education Bureau and is a model kindergarten in Fujian Province. Adhering to the concept of "people-oriented, harmonious development", the park has trained a number of provinces and municipalities through the management of schools by thought, the management of kindergartens by culture, the guidance of humanities in the management of gardens and the conscious development of teachers' specialties. District discipline leaders and key teachers, as well as a provincial teacher teaching skills contest first prize winner. The park has won the second prize of "National Project Achievement" and "Fujian" successively.
