瑞吉歐模式成功的背后——基于社會資本的視角

【摘要】:自從一個名叫艾米利亞的小鎮(zhèn)成為世界學前教育的"圣地",我國學習瑞吉歐模式之風便經(jīng)久不衰。瑞吉歐成功的背后其實包含著極其廣闊的文化背景,學習瑞吉歐學前教育課程模式,不能離開對意大利社會背景的認知——艾米利亞豐富的社會資本。艾米利亞市民擁有通暢的社會參與網(wǎng)絡、高度的社會責任感、團結合作的社會規(guī)范,成為了瑞吉歐學前教育良性發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力。因此,我國學習瑞吉歐學前教育模式,就要構建圍繞學前教育機構的公民參與網(wǎng)絡,共享有利于教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的正式和非正式規(guī)范,并建立起公民與教育機構的雙向信任。
[Abstract]:Ever since a small town called Emilia became a sacred place for preschool education in the world, our country has been learning the Reggio model for a long time. Behind the success of Reggio, there is an extremely broad cultural background. To study Reggio's pre-school curriculum model, we can not leave the understanding of the Italian social background-Emilia's rich social capital. Amelia citizens have a smooth network of social participation, a high degree of social responsibility, social norms of solidarity and cooperation, has become the healthy development of Reggio's internal power of preschool education. Therefore, in order to learn the Reggio pre-school education model, we should build a network of citizen participation around pre-school education institutions, share formal and informal norms conducive to the development of education, and establish the two-way trust between citizens and educational institutions.
