基于全國428個班級樣本的學前教育質(zhì)量城鄉(xiāng)差距透視

【摘要】:學前教育對兒童成長與發(fā)展的作用取決于其質(zhì)量,我國要保障適齡兒童公平地接受有質(zhì)量的學前教育,就必須逐步縮小城鄉(xiāng)學前教育質(zhì)量差距。本研究以東、中、西部8個省份428個幼兒園班級為樣本,采用《中國托幼機構(gòu)教育質(zhì)量評價量表(第三試用版)》作為班級教育質(zhì)量觀察評價工具,對城鎮(zhèn)化程度不同的四類地區(qū)(城區(qū)—縣城—鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中心—村)的幼兒園教育質(zhì)量差距進行檢視,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)學前教育質(zhì)量差異顯著,城鎮(zhèn)化水平越高的地區(qū),幼兒園教育質(zhì)量越高,反之亦然。多元逐步回歸分析表明城鎮(zhèn)化程度對幼兒園教育質(zhì)量具有顯著預測效應(yīng)。不過,當前我國城鄉(xiāng)幼兒園教育也存在游戲活動質(zhì)量不高等共性問題。今后學前教育各項發(fā)展政策既要服務(wù)于國家推進城鎮(zhèn)化的現(xiàn)實需要,又要有利于城鄉(xiāng)均衡公平發(fā)展,能夠針對不同地區(qū)學前教育發(fā)展的主要矛盾采取相應(yīng)措施,增強學前教育管理的針對性、靈活性與有效性。同時,各地應(yīng)在國家保教質(zhì)量相關(guān)標準的指導下建立和推行地方性幼兒園基本質(zhì)量標準,其中尤其要明確各類游戲活動的空間、材料、機會與時間底線,加強幼兒園游戲方面的研究,切實普遍提高我國幼兒園游戲活動質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The effect of preschool education on the growth and development of children depends on its quality. In order to ensure that children of school age receive quality preschool education equitably, we must gradually narrow the quality gap between urban and rural preschool education. In this study, 428 kindergarten classes in 8 provinces, east, middle and west, were selected as samples, and the scale of Educational quality Evaluation of Chinese Preschool institutions (the third trial version) was used as a tool to observe and evaluate the quality of class education. The difference of kindergarten education quality in four areas with different urbanization levels (urban-county-town center-village) is examined. The results show that there are significant differences in the quality of preschool education between urban and rural areas, and the higher the level of urbanization, the higher the level of urbanization. The higher the quality of kindergarten education, and vice versa. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the degree of urbanization had a significant predictive effect on the quality of kindergarten education. However, the current urban and rural kindergarten education also exists in the quality of game activities and other common problems. In the future, the development policies of preschool education should not only serve the practical needs of the country to promote urbanization, but also be conducive to the balanced and equitable development of urban and rural areas, and be able to take corresponding measures in the light of the principal contradictions in the development of preschool education in different regions. Enhance the pertinence, flexibility and effectiveness of preschool education management. At the same time, all localities should establish and implement the basic quality standards of local kindergartens under the guidance of the relevant national standards for the quality of education, especially the space, materials, opportunities and time limits for all kinds of game activities. Strengthen the study of kindergarten games, and improve the quality of kindergarten games in our country.
