農(nóng)村幼兒園轉(zhuǎn)崗教師狀況及專業(yè)發(fā)展調(diào)查研究——以綿陽市為例

【摘要】:通過對綿陽農(nóng)村地區(qū)入職1至2年的44名幼兒園轉(zhuǎn)崗教師進行調(diào)查研究,對轉(zhuǎn)崗教師的基本情況、工作適應(yīng)性、專業(yè)能力、專業(yè)態(tài)度、專業(yè)知識的發(fā)展進行了數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,并結(jié)合問題提出有針對性的措施。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and study of 44 transferred kindergarten teachers in Mianyang rural area for one to two years, the basic situation, job adaptability, professional ability, professional attitude and professional knowledge development of the transferred teachers were analyzed statistically. And combined with the problem put forward targeted measures.
