轉(zhuǎn)崗幼兒教師專業(yè)理念之重構(gòu)

【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)崗幼兒教師的專業(yè)理念決定著轉(zhuǎn)崗幼兒教師的教育教學(xué)行為和專業(yè)素養(yǎng),影響著他們的自身專業(yè)發(fā)展方向和教學(xué)效果。重構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)崗幼兒教師的學(xué)前教育價(jià)值觀、兒童觀和保教活動(dòng)觀等專業(yè)理念,可以防止和糾正幼兒教育的"小學(xué)化"傾向,提高幼兒園保教活動(dòng)的質(zhì)量和效果,推進(jìn)以幼兒發(fā)展為本的學(xué)前教育改革。
[Abstract]:The professional concept of the transferred preschool teachers determines the teaching behavior and professional accomplishment of the transferred preschool teachers, and affects their own professional development direction and teaching effect. Reconstructing the professional concepts of preschool education value, child care and nursing activities of transferred preschool teachers can prevent and correct the tendency of primary school education, and improve the quality and effect of kindergarten care activities. We will promote preschool education reform based on early childhood development.
