【摘要】：構(gòu)建制度保障、人才保障、政策保障、效果保障為一體的示范性幼兒園示范活動保障體系,通過優(yōu)秀教師的參與與帶動、"內(nèi)外"雙層監(jiān)控督導(dǎo)機(jī)制等,保障示范活動的良性運作,確保示范輻射的思想統(tǒng)一,掃除活動過程中的屏障,以此保證雙方幼兒園的共贏,促動區(qū)域內(nèi)幼兒園整體水平的提升。
