【摘要】：目的了解山東省農(nóng)村學齡前兒童奶制品消費現(xiàn)狀,為改善其奶制品消費現(xiàn)狀提供科學依據(jù)。方法采用問卷調(diào)查法,對整群隨機抽取的山東省8所農(nóng)村公立幼兒園435名3～7歲兒童飲奶現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果農(nóng)村學齡前兒童飲奶率為84.2%,每周平均飲奶天數(shù)為(4.36±2.76)d,日均飲奶總量為(187.37±147.98)mL,日均飲奶量≥250 mL的兒童占25.6%,54.1%的家長未能做到每日給孩子飲奶。4歲兒童每周飲奶天數(shù)和日均飲奶量分別為(5.30±2.28)d,(234.01±137.52)mL,均高于4～5歲和≥6歲年齡段,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.01);魯東地區(qū)農(nóng)村兒童每周飲奶天數(shù)和日均飲奶總量分別為(5.26±2.19)d,(237.74±127.20)mL,均高于魯中和魯南2個地區(qū)(P值均0.05)。人均每日飲奶量與幼兒年齡呈負相關(r=-0.25,P0.05),與母親文化程度、每月零食開銷均呈正相關(r值分別為0.20,0.30,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論山東省農(nóng)村學齡前兒童奶制品消費水平較低,且存在年齡和地區(qū)差異。應加強對兒童家長的營養(yǎng)知識教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the consumption status of dairy products for preschool children in Shandong province and to provide scientific basis for improving the consumption status of dairy products. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the milk drinking status of 435 children aged 3 to 7 years old in 8 rural public kindergartens in Shandong province. Results the milk consumption rate of preschool children in rural areas was 84.2. The average number of milk drinking days per week was (4.36 鹵2.76) days, and the average daily milk consumption was (187.37 鹵147.98) mL. The average daily milk consumption was (5.30 鹵2.28) d, (234.01 鹵137.52) mL, which was higher than that in the age group of 5 years old or more than 6 years old. The days of drinking milk per week and the average daily milk consumption of rural children in eastern Shandong were (5.26 鹵2.19) d, (鹵237.74 鹵127.20) mL, which were higher than those in the middle and south of Shandong province (P < 0. 05). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 01), and that of the rural children in east Shandong was (5. 26 鹵2. 19) d, (鹵237.74 鹵127.20) mL per week. There was a negative correlation between daily milk consumption and age (r = 0.25), a positive correlation with the mother's education level and the monthly snack spending (r = 0.20 鹵0.30) (r = 0.20, 0.30, P = 0.05). Conclusion the consumption level of dairy products of preschool children in Shandong Province is low, and there are differences in age and region. Education on nutrition knowledge should be strengthened for parents of children.
