“三性并茂”教育理念下的生態(tài)環(huán)境——生態(tài)系統(tǒng)思想在幼兒“三性并茂”教育中的運用

【摘要】:幼兒"三性并茂"教育是以"葆有天性、啟蒙心性、注重個性,三性并茂、陽光生命"為教育理念,并將該理念付諸實踐的過程,這個過程需要家庭、幼兒園及社會中的人協(xié)同完成。家庭教育要考慮幼兒的個性特點,關(guān)注父母的教養(yǎng)方式;幼兒園教學(xué)要提升教師的專業(yè)化水平,強化環(huán)境的教育功能;社區(qū)是幼兒豐富生活、開闊視野的自由天地。從生態(tài)系統(tǒng)思想的角度來看,家庭、幼兒園及社會構(gòu)成了兒童成長的一個有機環(huán)境系統(tǒng)。只有充分了解這個環(huán)境系統(tǒng),并將生態(tài)系統(tǒng)思想有效運用到幼兒的"三性并茂"教育中去,才能更好地教孩子學(xué)會成長。
[Abstract]:The education of "three sexual and prosperous" is based on the educational idea of "keeping the nature, enlightening the mind, paying attention to the personality, the three being and the life of the sun", and putting the idea into practice. This process needs the family. Kindergarten and people in society work together. Family education should consider the characteristics of children's personality and pay attention to their parents' rearing style; kindergarten teaching should enhance teachers' professional level and strengthen the educational function of environment; the community is the free world for children to enrich their lives and broaden their horizons. From an ecosystem perspective, families, kindergartens and society constitute an organic environmental system for children to grow up. Only by fully understanding this environmental system and effectively applying the idea of ecosystem to the education of "three sexuality" can we better teach children how to grow up.
