上海以社區(qū)為基礎的0—3歲兒童服務機構的運行走向研究

【摘要】:整篇論文的結構大致如下: 第一章對本項研究的背景和緣起作了介紹。第二章介紹研究設計和研究過程。由于在研究過程中,問題逐漸聚焦在了三個核心方面,即:如何定位“服務”,如何理解以社區(qū)為基礎,以及如何理順政府、市場和非政府組織的關系。為此,第三、四、五章分別從這三個不同的角度,對上海在建立以社區(qū)為基礎的0—3歲兒童服務機構過程中所牽涉到的社會各方人員的價值取向進行詮釋,在此基礎上,對上海以社區(qū)為基礎的0—3歲兒童服務機構目前的運行狀況和未來幾年的走向進行審視。結語部分將對整個研究進行總結。 下面對每一章作一介紹: 第一章:研究背景和緣起!敖⒁陨鐓^(qū)為基礎的早期兒童服務網(wǎng)絡”是當今世界學前教育領域的一個熱點,它不僅備受世界各國政府、學者和教育實踐工作者的關注,而且也被聯(lián)合國教科文組織和聯(lián)合國兒童基金會列為其工作的一個要點,是一個急需進行研究的課題。而當前的首要研究問題是如何建設服務網(wǎng)絡的基本單位的問題,即如何建設和運行以社區(qū)為基礎的早期兒童服務機構。上海同樣也面臨著這一問題。本項研究就希望在對上海以社區(qū)為基礎的早期兒童服務機構的運行狀況和未來走向進行考察的基礎上對這個問題有所回答。 第二章:研究設計與研究過程。本研究采用了質的研究設計的基本思想。旨在描述、解釋和分析。采用的是質的研究的方法。在具體收集資料時,除了采用文獻整理分析和參與性觀察的方法之外,主要采用的是以錄像為平臺的訪談方法,將英國的一個早期兒童服務機構和上海的一個早期兒童服務機構的資料分別制作成幻燈片,幻燈片主要由兩個服務機構向兒童和家長實際提供服務的有代表性的場景片斷錄像構成,同時也加入一些與具體運行工作相關的關鍵文字資料作為補充。然后請在上海以社區(qū)為基礎的0—3歲兒童服務機構的運行過程中所牽涉的各種社會成員觀看這兩個幻燈片,并以這兩個錄像為平臺,對他們進行訪談,從中分析上海的社會各方人員在0—3歲兒童服務機構運行過程方面所持的價值觀念、情感感受和所思所想,并提取出他們目前所面臨的問題、矛盾、沖突等及他們的價值取向,在此基礎上來探討如何解決這些問題以及如何處理各種不同的價值取向,深入探討上海以社區(qū)為基礎的0—3歲兒童服務機構的運行走向。
[Abstract]:The structure of the whole thesis is as follows: the first chapter introduces the background and origin of this study. The second chapter introduces the research design and research process. In the process of research, the problems focus on three core aspects: how to position "service", how to understand the community as the basis, and how to straighten out the relationship between government, market and NGOs. For this reason, the third, fourth and fifth chapters, from these three different angles, respectively, explain the value orientation of the social personnel involved in the establishment of a community-based children's service institution for children aged 0-3 in Shanghai, and on this basis, This paper reviews the current operation and future trend of the community-based 0-3-year-old children's service in Shanghai. The conclusion will summarize the whole study. Each chapter is introduced below: chapter one: research background and origin. "Building a Community based early Childhood Service Network" is a hot spot in the field of preschool education in the world today. It has attracted the attention of governments, scholars and educational practitioners all over the world. UNESCO and UNICEF are also listed as a key point of their work, which is a subject in urgent need of research. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). At present, the most important research problem is how to build the basic unit of the service network, that is, how to build and operate the community based early childhood service institutions. Shanghai also faces this problem. This study hopes to answer this question on the basis of examining the operation and future trend of Shanghai's community-based early childhood services. Chapter two: research design and research process. This study adopts the basic idea of qualitative research and design. Designed to describe, explain and analyze. A qualitative approach is used. In the specific collection of data, in addition to the methods of literature collation and analysis and participatory observation, the main methods used are interviews based on video recording. The materials of an early childhood service in the UK and an early childhood service in Shanghai are made into slides, The slides are mainly composed of two representative scene videos which provide services to children and parents, and are supplemented by some key text materials related to the actual operation. Then ask the various members of society involved in the operation of the Shanghai Community based Children's Service for 0-3 years to watch these two slides and interview them on the platform of these two videos. From the analysis of the values, feelings and thoughts held by Shanghai's social personnel in the course of the operation of the children's service institutions aged 0-3, and the extraction of the problems and contradictions they are currently facing, On the basis of the conflict and their value orientation, this paper discusses how to solve these problems and how to deal with various different value orientations, and probes into the running trend of Shanghai's community based children's service institution for 0-3 years old.
