【摘要】：男幼師進入到幼教領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢,師范院校也在逐漸增加對男生的招收。但是,男幼師職前教育中卻存在各種問題,如消極的心理狀態(tài)、不適宜的課程設(shè)置等問題困擾著男幼師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,這就需要我們不斷探索和構(gòu)建適宜的策略。
[Abstract]:It has become an inevitable trend in the field of preschool education , and the normal colleges are gradually increasing the recruitment of boys . However , there are various problems in the vocational education of male and young teachers , such as negative psychological state , inappropriate curriculum setting and so on , which puzzle the professional development of male and young teachers , which requires us to continuously explore and build appropriate strategies .
