【摘要】：正一、從"重視學(xué)前教育"到"辦好學(xué)前教育"。黨的十八大報(bào)告指出,要"努力辦好人民滿(mǎn)意的教育","辦好學(xué)前教育"。這是繼中央在十七大提出"重視學(xué)前教育"后,對(duì)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的又一個(gè)新定位,也是一個(gè)以質(zhì)量為指向的定位。2007年,十七大提出重視學(xué)前教育,意味著要將學(xué)前教育真正納入黨和政府的視野,并切實(shí)去關(guān)注、落實(shí)。這個(gè)定位,既有思想認(rèn)識(shí)上的指向,也有行動(dòng)上的指向。學(xué)前教育作為學(xué)校教育的重要組成部分,作為基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,必須得到全社會(huì)尤其是各級(jí)政府的重視�？梢钥隙ǖ卣f(shuō),學(xué)前教育是整個(gè)教育體系中被長(zhǎng)期忽視和怠慢的部分,投入不到位、政策不到位、制度不到位及專(zhuān)業(yè)師資不到位的現(xiàn)象
[Abstract]:First, from "attaching importance to preschool education" to "doing a good job of preschool education." The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out that "efforts should be made to run a satisfactory education for the people" and "do a good job of pre-school education." This is another new orientation for the development of pre-school education, and also a quality-oriented orientation, since the Central Committee proposed to "attach importance to pre-school education" at the 17th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee. In 2007, the 17th National Congress proposed to attach importance to pre-school education. It means that preschool education should be brought into the vision of the Party and the government. This orientation has both ideological and cognitive orientation, as well as action direction. Preschool education as an important part of school education, as an important part of basic education, must be paid attention to by the whole society, especially the governments at all levels. It is safe to say that preschool education is a long-neglected and neglected part of the whole education system. The phenomenon is that the investment is not in place, the policy is not in place, the system is not in place and the professional teachers are not in place.
