【摘要】：對上海市60所幼兒園的調查顯示,有關教師幼兒發(fā)展評價的內容較為全面,與評價目的保持一致;評價主體為帶班教師和幼兒;評價方法和工具以觀察法與軼事記錄為主;評價途徑多為一日活動自然情境;評價類型兼顧形成性評價和終結性評價;評價結果分析目的在于了解幼兒現(xiàn)實的發(fā)展水平,結果能經常得到反饋利用;評價效果總體較好。但實踐中存在評價主體教師所占比例不高等問題;存在教師時間、精力有限,評價對象多的主要困難,以及迫切需要一套完整的評價指標和方案。
[Abstract]:The survey of 60 kindergartens in Shanghai shows that the evaluation of teachers' preschool development is more comprehensive and consistent with the purpose of evaluation; the evaluation subjects are class teachers and children; evaluation methods and tools are mainly observation and anecdote records; the evaluation approaches are more than one day's natural situation, and the evaluation types take into account formative evaluation and termination. The purpose of the evaluation is to understand the development level of the children's reality, and the results can be often used for feedback, and the results are generally good. But in practice, there is a poor proportion of the teachers of the evaluation, the main difficulties of the teacher's time, the limited energy, the many evaluation objects, and the urgent need for a complete set of evaluation.
