【摘要】：目的觀察幼兒園及學(xué)校人群甲型流感快速診斷中體溫監(jiān)測(cè)的價(jià)值,為甲型H1N1流感疫情防控工作提供參考。方法對(duì)某高校本科生及其附屬幼兒園、小學(xué)、中學(xué)人群發(fā)熱或急性上呼吸道癥狀病例不同體溫范圍內(nèi)甲型流感檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性率和漏檢率進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 716例病例中,甲型流感檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性率為33.9%,體溫越高,檢出的陽(yáng)性率也越高;幼兒園、小學(xué)、中學(xué)病例陽(yáng)性率之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但均顯著高于大學(xué)生病例的陽(yáng)性率(P值均0.01);24.6%的體溫正常病例甲型流感檢測(cè)呈陽(yáng)性;在把甲型流感檢測(cè)對(duì)象分別限定在體溫≥37.2℃,≥37.5℃,≥38℃時(shí),幼兒園、小學(xué)和中學(xué)人群病例的甲型流感漏檢率均較高,均明顯高于大學(xué)生病例中甲型流感的漏檢率;當(dāng)以不低于37.2℃作為檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),大學(xué)本科生病例的甲型流感漏檢率僅為0.8%。結(jié)論在甲型H1N1流感疫情防控工作中,對(duì)于大學(xué)生采用體溫監(jiān)測(cè)來(lái)搜索疑似病人效果較好,而中小學(xué)和幼兒園僅依靠體溫監(jiān)測(cè)搜索病人存在很大的缺陷。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the value of body temperature monitoring in the rapid diagnosis of influenza A in kindergartens and schools, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of influenza A (H1N1). Methods to compare the positive rate and missed rate of influenza A in different temperature range of fever or acute upper respiratory symptom cases of undergraduates and their affiliated kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools. Results in 716 cases, the positive rate of influenza A was 33.9. The higher the body temperature, the higher the positive rate. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of middle school cases (P 0.05), but it was significantly higher than that of college students (P = 0.01 or 24.6%), and the subjects of influenza A detection were limited to body temperature 鈮，
