幼兒英語(yǔ)浸入式教師的教學(xué)策略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)代社會(huì),英語(yǔ)的重要性已被越來(lái)越多的學(xué)校和家長(zhǎng)認(rèn)可。我們正處于信息化的時(shí)代,各國(guó)之間的文化交流日趨頻繁,語(yǔ)言是人們交際和思維的工具,如果沒有掌握相應(yīng)的語(yǔ)言,就意味著個(gè)人天地的局限,英語(yǔ)是世界上使用最廣泛的語(yǔ)言,因此,接受英語(yǔ)教育是全球化視野下現(xiàn)代公民的必要條件。 在1997年,中國(guó)西安成立了“中加教育合作英語(yǔ)浸入式教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)課題組”,課題組借鑒了加拿大法語(yǔ)浸入式的理論和操作方法,開展了“早期英語(yǔ)半浸入式教學(xué)”實(shí)驗(yàn)。該實(shí)驗(yàn)著重探討培養(yǎng)我國(guó)高質(zhì)量雙語(yǔ)人才的問題,并在有關(guān)兒童早期第二語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的理論和實(shí)踐方面為改革我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)外語(yǔ)教育模式提供了借鑒,西安浸入式課題組研究持續(xù)至今,實(shí)踐證明浸入式模式下的教學(xué)效果顯著。 在研究生階段,研究者在導(dǎo)師的精心指導(dǎo)下,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)了英語(yǔ)浸入式這個(gè)全新教學(xué)模式的相關(guān)理論,并堅(jiān)持參加西安幼兒英語(yǔ)浸入式課題組定期組織的教學(xué)研討活動(dòng),在研二時(shí)有幸進(jìn)入A老師的班級(jí),對(duì)本班幼兒的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)達(dá)一年之久的跟班觀察。本研究的目的是以某幼兒園大班英語(yǔ)浸入式環(huán)境為背景的半日活動(dòng)中幼兒第二語(yǔ)言獲得為研究重點(diǎn),探析幼兒英語(yǔ)浸入式中教師對(duì)幼兒的影響因素,深入探究英語(yǔ)浸入式教師在半日活動(dòng)中如何使用有效的教學(xué)策略以更好地促進(jìn)幼兒第二語(yǔ)言的發(fā)展。通過深入剖析課堂,尋找教學(xué)活動(dòng)中的閃光點(diǎn)和不足之處,為其他幼兒浸入式教師提供了有效的理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。 本研究采用量化研究與質(zhì)性研究相結(jié)合的方法,通過對(duì)幼兒英語(yǔ)浸入式實(shí)驗(yàn)園某大班為期一年多的追蹤研究,采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察和錄像記錄的方式收集師幼教學(xué)活動(dòng)中的語(yǔ)料,隨后運(yùn)用國(guó)際通用的兒童語(yǔ)言數(shù)據(jù)交流系統(tǒng)----CHILDES,對(duì)收集到的師幼言語(yǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,在研究資料量化分析的同時(shí)還進(jìn)行了質(zhì)性分析和討論,得出以下結(jié)論: 1.教師設(shè)計(jì)新穎和有趣的游戲能提高幼兒英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。 2.教師恰當(dāng)適時(shí)的使用體態(tài)語(yǔ)能有效地幫助幼兒理解和記憶語(yǔ)言。 3.教師正確理解和運(yùn)用直觀形象化教學(xué)能有效幫助幼兒運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言。 4.教師在其他浸入時(shí)間的語(yǔ)言輸入也同樣重要。 針對(duì)研究結(jié)論提出以下建議: 1.幼兒英語(yǔ)浸入式教師應(yīng)掌握基本的教育學(xué)學(xué)科知識(shí)。 2.幼兒英語(yǔ)浸入式教師應(yīng)把握教學(xué)活動(dòng)的節(jié)奏和難易程度。 3.教師應(yīng)及時(shí)運(yùn)用多種策略方法檢驗(yàn)每位幼兒語(yǔ)言發(fā)展情況。 4.教師應(yīng)養(yǎng)成及時(shí)記錄教學(xué)活動(dòng)亮點(diǎn)的習(xí)慣。 5.浸入式教師要加強(qiáng)與其他教師的交流合作。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, the importance of English has been recognized by more and more schools and parents.We are in the era of information, and cultural exchanges between countries are becoming more and more frequent. Language is a tool for people to communicate and think. If we do not master the corresponding language, it means the limitation of personal space.English is the most widely used language in the world.In 1997, Xi'an, China, set up the "Sino-Canadian Cooperative English Immersion Teaching experiment Group", which used the Canadian French immersion theory and operation method for reference, and carried out the "early English semi-immersion teaching" experiment.The experiment focuses on the cultivation of high-quality bilingual talents in China, and provides a reference for the reform of the traditional foreign language education model in China in the theoretical and practical aspects of children's early second language learning.The research of Xi'an immersion research group continues until now, the practice proves that the teaching effect under immersion mode is remarkable.At the graduate level, the researchers, under the guidance of their mentors, carefully studied the relevant theories of the new English immersion teaching model, and insisted on participating in the regular teaching and discussion activities organized by the Xi'an infusing English teaching group.At 02:00, I was lucky to enter teacher A's class and observed the English teaching activities of my class for as long as one year.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence factors of English immersion teachers on children in a half-day English immersion environment in a kindergarten, focusing on the acquisition of the second language in a half-day activity.This paper probes into how English immersion teachers use effective teaching strategies in their half-day activities in order to promote the development of children's second language.Through in-depth analysis of the classroom, to find out the bright spots and deficiencies in teaching activities, for other infused teachers to provide effective theoretical and practical guidance.This study adopts the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research, through a follow-up study of a large class in the English immersion Experimental Garden for more than one year, and collecting the language materials in the teaching activities of teachers and children by on-the-spot observation and video recording.Then, using the universal children's language data exchange system-Childes, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the collected teacher and child language data, and carries on qualitative analysis and discussion while studying the quantitative analysis of the data, and draws the following conclusions:1.Teachers design novel and interesting games to improve children's interest in English learning.2.Proper and timely use of body language by teachers can effectively help children to understand and memorize language.3.Teachers' correct understanding and application of visual teaching can effectively help children to use language.4.Teacher input in other immersion times is equally important.In response to the findings of the study, the following recommendations are made:1.English immersion teachers should master the basic pedagogy knowledge.2.English immersion teachers should grasp the rhythm and difficulty of teaching activities.3.Teachers should use a variety of strategies to test each child's language development.4.Teachers should form the habit of recording the highlights of teaching activities in time.5.Immersion teachers should strengthen communication and cooperation with other teachers.
