【摘要】：兒童作為人的存在和深受環(huán)境影響的發(fā)展中個(gè)體決定了他們需要的是教師的理解,而不僅是觀察評價(jià)。為理解兒童,教師需要通過保育建立理解所需的良好關(guān)系,需要通過觀察獲取理解所需的客觀信息,需要通過共享擴(kuò)展理解所需的多元視角,需要通過移情產(chǎn)生理解所需的感同身受。教師理解兒童本身雖然可以成為目的,但更重要的是為教師接下來的教育行動(dòng)服務(wù),為此需要教師基于對兒童的理解確立關(guān)于兒童發(fā)展的合理期望,從而為教師對兒童表現(xiàn)及其所需教育做出專業(yè)判斷與決策提供直接依據(jù)與指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Children, as human beings and developing individuals deeply affected by the environment, decide that what they need is the understanding of teachers, not just observation and evaluation. In order to understand children, teachers need to build good relationships for understanding through care. There is a need to obtain the objective information needed for understanding through observation, to share the multiple perspectives needed to expand understanding, and to generate the empathy needed for understanding through empathy. Teachers' understanding of children can be an end in itself, But what is more important is to serve teachers' subsequent educational actions, which require teachers to establish reasonable expectations for children's development based on their understanding of the child. It provides direct basis and guidance for teachers to make professional judgment and decision-making on children's performance and the education they need.
