【摘要】：幼兒教師的評價行為是指教師在教育情境中,通過言語、表情和動作,對幼兒的行為表現和發(fā)展變化做出具有肯定或否定傾向的價值評判行為。區(qū)域活動是一種幼兒自主選擇、自主進行的游戲形式。中班幼兒活潑好動、求知欲旺盛,他們主動探索、合作學習的能力逐漸增強,但社會規(guī)則意識淡薄。為使區(qū)域活動順利開展,實現區(qū)域活動的教育價值,教師需要采取適宜的行為對中班幼兒在區(qū)域活動中的行為表現和發(fā)展變化進行評價。 通過對八位中班幼兒教師晨間區(qū)域活動的評價行為進行的觀察,研究得出以下結論：在評價行為方式方面,教師肯定性評價行為次數高于否定性評價行為次數；言語性評價行為次數高于非言語性評價行為次數；在評價行為內容指向方面,教師注重對區(qū)域活動規(guī)則、幼兒認知以及幼兒興趣方面的評價,忽視對幼兒參與活動、社會性交往能力及依計劃活動情況的評價；在評價行為類型方面,教師評價行為傾向過程取向和結果取向的評價；在評價行為情感特征方面,教師評價行為主要呈現中性和正向的情感,仍存在負向情感；在評價行為效果方面,教師評價行為以幼兒有回應效果為主,仍存在停止和無回應的現象。通過對新老教師的比較發(fā)現：老教師在介入評價頻次上較新教師合理；老教師評價類型上較新教師合適；新教師在評價情感上較老教師合情。 在對區(qū)域活動教師評價行為的影響因素進行分析的基礎上,為提高區(qū)域活動中教師評價行為水平、促進新老教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供可參考建議。
[Abstract]:The evaluation behavior of preschool teachers refers to the value judgment behavior of children's behavior and development through words, expressions and actions in the educational situation. Regional activities are a kind of children's independent choice. The children in the middle class are lively and active, eager to learn, they actively explore, their ability of cooperative learning is gradually enhanced, but the consciousness of social rules is weak. In order to make the regional activities carry out smoothly and realize the educational value of the regional activities, Teachers need to take appropriate behavior to evaluate the behavior and development of children in regional activities. Through the observation of the evaluation behavior of the morning regional activities of eight middle class preschool teachers, the following conclusions are drawn: in the evaluation behavior, the number of positive evaluation behavior is higher than that of negative evaluation behavior; The frequency of verbal evaluation behavior is higher than that of non-verbal evaluation behavior. In the aspect of content orientation of evaluation behavior, teachers pay attention to the evaluation of regional activity rules, children's cognition and children's interest, and neglect the participation of young children. The evaluation of social communication ability and planned activities; the evaluation of teachers' behavioral tendency, process orientation and outcome orientation; the evaluation of behavioral and emotional characteristics; Teachers' evaluation behavior mainly presents neutral and positive emotion, and there is still negative emotion. In evaluating behavior effect, teachers' evaluation behavior is mainly about the response effect of young children. Through the comparison of the old and the new teachers, it is found that the old teachers are more reasonable than the new teachers in the frequency of intervention evaluation, the old teachers are more suitable than the new teachers in the types of evaluation, and the new teachers are more reasonable in the evaluation of emotion than the old teachers. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the evaluation behavior of regional active teachers, this paper provides some suggestions for improving the level of teachers' evaluation behavior in regional activities and promoting the professional development of new and old teachers.
