【摘要】:教育實踐中的觀察是有效開展教育活動的前提,其觀察能力也是體現(xiàn)教師專業(yè)化程度的重要指標(biāo)。本研究借助《3-6歲兒童學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展指南》以下簡稱《指南》典型表現(xiàn)幫助教師學(xué)會觀察幼兒,使之在孰知3-6歲幼兒的身心發(fā)展特點和行為表現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上觀察與分析幼兒,以提高其科學(xué)施教的能力。本研究從深入研讀《指南》與正確理解其基本理念入手,讓教師在教育實踐中理解、熟悉《指南》的目標(biāo)、典型表現(xiàn),把握觀察介入的時機(jī)與方法。在低結(jié)構(gòu)材料的投放、"原生態(tài)"的真實環(huán)境中提高其觀察能力。以基于教育現(xiàn)場的研修活動和多樣方式的專業(yè)引領(lǐng)作為提高教師觀察能力的有力保證。實踐證明,通過課題研究,教師能夠以區(qū)域游戲為載體,以《指南》為準(zhǔn)繩,觀察幼兒的意識和能力得到不斷提升,能夠自覺對照《指南》相關(guān)要求與建議,努力挖掘每個孩子自身的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),強(qiáng)其優(yōu)勢,緩其弱勢,以優(yōu)帶弱,促其發(fā)展。這是我們實踐研究之向往的研究成效。
[Abstract]:Observation in educational practice is the premise of carrying out educational activities effectively. The observation ability is also an important indicator to reflect the degree of teachers' professionalization. This study helps teachers learn to observe young children with the help of the typical performance of < < 3-6 year old Children's Learning and Development Guide >, which is referred to as "Guide". The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze the children's physical and mental development characteristics and behavior performance in order to improve their ability to teach scientifically. This study begins with a thorough study of the Guide and a correct understanding of its basic concepts. Let the teacher understand in the educational practice, familiar with the goal of "Guide", typical performance, Grasp the opportunity and method of observation intervention. Improve the observation ability in the low structural materials and the real environment of "original ecology". Improve the teachers' view with the help of educational field-based research activities and professional guidance in various ways. The ability to observe the ability to ensure. Through the project research, the teachers can take the regional game as the carrier, take the "guide" as the criterion, observe the children's consciousness and ability to be improved constantly, and can consciously compare the relevant requirements and suggestions of the "Guide". It is the desired result of our practical research that we try to excavate every child's own excellent quality, strengthen its advantages, slow its weakness, and promote its development.
