【摘要】：0～3歲兒童藝術(shù)教育的開展需要家長(zhǎng)的支持與參與。經(jīng)本研究調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),由于家長(zhǎng)自身藝術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足、整體教育觀缺位,再加之外界專業(yè)教育指導(dǎo)有限,很多0～3歲幼兒家長(zhǎng)對(duì)兒童藝術(shù)教育知之甚少,對(duì)藝術(shù)教育的目的、內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教育方法的認(rèn)識(shí)也有失偏頗。本行動(dòng)研究以S親子園2～3歲的幼兒和家長(zhǎng)為研究對(duì)象,在和參與教師X老師長(zhǎng)期合作探討中,努力嘗試、實(shí)施通過親子藝術(shù)活動(dòng)來提升家長(zhǎng)藝術(shù)教育觀的相關(guān)策略和方式,以改善家長(zhǎng)藝術(shù)教育觀念,提高其藝術(shù)指導(dǎo)能力。 在長(zhǎng)達(dá)2個(gè)月的觀察、訪談、問卷調(diào)查之后,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)S親子園家長(zhǎng)藝術(shù)教育觀念所存在的問題以及由此觀念所導(dǎo)致的教育行為問題：沒有認(rèn)識(shí)到藝術(shù)教育的價(jià)值、不尊重兒童的藝術(shù)潛能、不能理解兒童的藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作和行為等,這些問題都是筆者和參與教師本次行動(dòng)研究所要解決的首要問題。本研究中筆者將提升家長(zhǎng)藝術(shù)教育觀和提升家長(zhǎng)其他的觀念如兒童觀、兒童藝術(shù)觀作為一個(gè)總的研究目標(biāo),這也是研究的基本立場(chǎng)。 本行動(dòng)研究具體實(shí)施階段共分為兩個(gè)部分：初步探索階段和深入開發(fā)階段,其中第二階段是本研究實(shí)施階段的核心部分。此階段積極通過創(chuàng)造良好的家長(zhǎng)教育環(huán)境,教師逐步遞進(jìn)式的指導(dǎo),在“實(shí)踐——反思——再實(shí)踐——再反思”的循環(huán)往復(fù)的研究過程中,筆者總結(jié)了很多提升家長(zhǎng)藝術(shù)教育方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和策略,如開展家長(zhǎng)沙龍活動(dòng)以及有趣的親子藝術(shù)共享活動(dòng),最為重要的是,我們讓家長(zhǎng)真正參與到藝術(shù)活動(dòng)中,體驗(yàn)藝術(shù)、發(fā)現(xiàn)兒童。 歷時(shí)9個(gè)月的研究實(shí)踐證明,課程干預(yù)、交流滲透、活動(dòng)導(dǎo)入、環(huán)境渲染是提升家長(zhǎng)藝術(shù)教育觀的有效途經(jīng),具體而言,這涉及到親子藝術(shù)課程和相關(guān)活動(dòng)如何開展與實(shí)施、教師角色如何發(fā)揮等一系列理論與實(shí)踐問題,本論文中筆者都對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行具體分析與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The development of artistic education for 3-year-old children needs the support and participation of their parents. Through the investigation, it is found that the lack of artistic experience of parents, the absence of overall education view, and the limited guidance of outside professional education, Many parents of 3-year-old children know little about the art education of their children, and their understanding of the aims, contents, evaluation criteria and educational methods of the art education is also biased. In the long term cooperation discussion with teacher X, try hard to carry out the related strategies and ways to improve the parents' artistic education view through the parent-child art activities, in order to improve the parents' artistic education concept and improve their art guidance ability. After two months of observation, interviews and questionnaires, the author found the problems of parents' concept of art education and the problems of educational behavior caused by the concept: they did not realize the value of art education. Failure to respect children's artistic potential, to understand children's artistic creation and behaviour, etc. These problems are the most important problems to be solved by the author and the teachers in this research. In this study, the author will promote the parents' view of art education and other concepts of parents, such as children's view, children's view of art as a general research goal. This is also the basic position of the study. The specific implementation phase of the action study is divided into two parts: the initial exploration phase and the in-depth development phase, the second of which is the core part of the implementation phase of the study, which is actively undertaken through the creation of a good parent education environment, In the research process of "practice-reflection-practice-rethinking", the author sums up many experiences and strategies to improve parents' art education. Such as parent salon activities and fun parent-child art sharing activities, the most important thing is that we let parents really participate in art activities, experience art, find children. Nine months of research practice has proved that curriculum intervention, communication penetration, activity introduction and environmental rendering are effective ways to improve parents' views on art education. In particular, this involves how to develop and implement the parent-child art curriculum and related activities. How to play the role of teachers is a series of theoretical and practical problems, which are analyzed and summarized in this paper.
