幼兒園教育活動中教師傾聽的價值與特點研究

【摘要】:傾聽是教師與兒童互動的過程,是教師在認(rèn)真聽取兒童的各種觀點、想法后,經(jīng)過加工、整理、分析,,以恰當(dāng)?shù)姆绞椒答伣o兒童的過程,是對話與交流的過程。教育始于傾聽,教育過程就是師幼通過說與聽去思去悟,實現(xiàn)彼此精神的相遇與相通,促進相互理解與認(rèn)同,并在這個過程中凸顯人的主體價值,弘揚人的真、善、美,最終共同獲得生命意義的過程。 本文主要采用觀察法,通過研究者深入幼兒園對4名教師和56名兒童的現(xiàn)場觀察,結(jié)合有關(guān)文獻資料、相關(guān)理論研究,在闡釋幼兒教師傾聽內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步分析了幼兒教師傾聽的價值與特點,并為幼兒教師成為一個真誠的傾聽者提出了建議。 本研究共由四部分組成: 第一部分:綜述了關(guān)于教師傾聽的研究,分析了幼兒園教育活動中教師在傾聽的過程中存在的問題,包括虛假傾聽、錯聽、有選擇地傾聽,并闡明了自己的研究方法。 第二部分:在闡釋幼兒教師傾聽內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了幼兒教師傾聽的價值。幼兒教師傾聽有助于教師全面地了解兒童,有效地進行針對性的教育;有助于教師建立良好的師幼關(guān)系,促進師幼共同成長;有助于實現(xiàn)教師與兒童的主體價值;有助于教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。 第三部分:分析了幼兒教師傾聽的特點。幼兒教師傾聽具有教育性、理解性和反饋性、主動性和開放性的特點。 第四部分:提出了幼兒教師成為一個真誠的傾聽者的建議。主要包括構(gòu)建教育過程中的主體間性,建立良好的師幼關(guān)系;掌握傾聽的技巧;構(gòu)建傾聽共同體。
[Abstract]:Listening is the process of interaction between teachers and children. It is the process of teachers listening carefully to children's views and ideas, after processing, sorting, analyzing, and feedback to children in an appropriate way. Education is the process of dialogue and communication. Education begins with listening. The process of education is that teachers and children meet and communicate with each other through speaking and listening to think, and promote mutual understanding and recognition. And in this process, highlight the main value of human, carry forward the true, good, beautiful, and finally get the meaning of life process. This article mainly adopts the observation method, through the researcher goes deep into the kindergarten to 4 teachers and 56 children spot observation, unifies the related literature material, the correlation theory research. On the basis of explaining the connotation of early childhood teacher listening, this paper further analyzes the value and characteristics of early childhood teacher listening, and puts forward some suggestions for early childhood teacher to become a sincere listener. This study consists of four parts: The first part summarizes the research on teacher listening, and analyzes the problems existing in the process of teachers listening in kindergarten education activities, including false listening, false listening and selective listening. The author also expounds his own research methods. The second part: on the basis of explaining the connotation of early childhood teacher listening, it analyzes the value of early childhood teacher listening. It is helpful for teachers to establish a good relationship between teachers and children and to promote the common growth of teachers and children. It helps to realize the subjective value of teachers and children; It helps teachers' professional development. The third part analyzes the characteristics of early childhood teacher listening, which is characterized by education, understanding and feedback, initiative and openness. Part 4th: put forward the suggestion that preschool teachers should be a sincere listener. It mainly includes the construction of inter-subjectivity in the process of education and the establishment of a good teacher-child relationship; Master listening skills; Build a listening community.
