【摘要】:早期教育質(zhì)量的影響因素是多方面的,OECD成員國(guó)在提高早期教育質(zhì)量方面作了許多積極探索,強(qiáng)勢(shì)開(kāi)端Ⅲ就是在廣泛調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上形成的一份聚焦質(zhì)量的報(bào)告。該報(bào)告提出了設(shè)定質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和法規(guī)、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施課程與學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、提高保教人員資質(zhì)與培訓(xùn)及工作條件、促進(jìn)家庭和社區(qū)參與、推進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)收集與監(jiān)測(cè)及研究等重要政策杠桿。當(dāng)前我國(guó)學(xué)前教育面臨著質(zhì)量低的迫切問(wèn)題,遵從強(qiáng)勢(shì)開(kāi)端Ⅲ的建議,就應(yīng)明確學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量提高的政府責(zé)任、加強(qiáng)適合我國(guó)實(shí)際的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)涵和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究、促進(jìn)家庭社區(qū)與幼兒園之間的良性互動(dòng)、建立全國(guó)統(tǒng)一的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The influence factor of early education quality is that many OECD member countries have made many positive explorations to improve the quality of early education. Strong start III is a quality-focused report based on extensive research. The report sets quality goals and regulations, and designs and implements curriculum and learning standards.
