【摘要】: 積極心理學自產生以來便成為當代心理學的一股重要力量,它強調對心理生活中積極因素的研究,如主觀幸福感、美德、力量等,在這樣的背景下工作敬業(yè)度的研究應運而生。幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度是幼兒教師相對穩(wěn)定的心理和行為特征,其在工作中的具體表現為工作創(chuàng)新、工作專注、積極進取、積極堅持、愛崗樂業(yè)、教學負責。 本研究在分析國內外有關工作敬業(yè)度研究文獻的基礎上,梳理工作敬業(yè)度的有關概念、理論,界定了幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度的概念。參考以往工作敬業(yè)度問卷并發(fā)放開放式問卷,在對幼兒教師、幼兒教育專家、學前教育專業(yè)研究生訪談的基礎上編制幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度自評問卷。但是工作敬業(yè)度是一個正向構念,很容易出現“社會認可效應”,所以筆者又編制了幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度他評問卷來佐證幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度的自評問卷。幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度自評問卷總的內部一致性系數達到0.9083,他評問卷內部一致性系數0.941,都高出可接受的水平0.5很多。另外自評問卷和他評問卷相關系數0.635達到中等程度相關。說明自評問卷有很高的信、效度。 本研究中調查對象的選取按河南省經濟發(fā)展水平分層隨機抽樣,選取鄭州、開封、周口、洛陽、新鄉(xiāng)等地不同類型的幼兒園,另外還選取廣東省惠州市幼兒教師共600名,進行自評問卷的發(fā)放。一一對應發(fā)放他評問卷300份。本研究利用SPSS 16.0軟件,對數據進行方差分析、相關分析、回歸分析等數據統(tǒng)計方法。 研究發(fā)現:當前幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度的總體水平仍需進一步提高。工資越高工作敬業(yè)度越高,1-6班和13-18班園所規(guī)模的幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度水平顯著高于其他幼兒教師,不同學歷、婚姻、不同工作年限的幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度存在顯著差異。但是不同職務、任教園所、園所類型的幼兒教師的總體工作敬業(yè)度沒有顯著差異。 基于以上研究,結合相關資料,對如何提高幼兒教師工作敬業(yè)度提出一些切實可行的建議:1.加大幼兒教育發(fā)展中的政府財政投入,提高幼兒教師待遇;2.給幼兒教師提供更多專業(yè)發(fā)展機會;3.制定合理規(guī)章制度;4.向幼兒教師提供更多的人文關懷;5.合理的控制幼兒園規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of positive psychology has become an important force in contemporary psychology, it emphasizes the research on the psychological life of the positive factors, such as happiness, virtue, strength, work in this context of engagement emerged. Kindergarten teachers work engagement is the psychological and behavioral characteristics of preschool teachers relatively stable. Responsible for the performance in the work of the specific work innovation, work focused, proactive, positive persistence, love and joy, teaching.
Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign related work engagement research literature, related concepts, combs the work engagement theory, defines the concept of child care teacher engagement. Previous questionnaire of work engagement and open-ended questionnaires, for preschool teachers, preschool education experts, preschool education professional graduate foundation the interview on the preparation of preschool teachers engagement self-assessment questionnaire. But the work engagement is a positive construct, it is prone to "social recognition effect", so I prepared the work of preschool teachers engagement questionnaire to support his work of preschool teachers engagement self-assessment questionnaire of preschool teachers engagement from work. The total questionnaire internal consistency coefficient is 0.9083, he questionnaire internal consistency coefficient is 0.941, higher than the acceptable level of 0.5. Also the self-assessment questionnaire and questionnaire he correlation coefficient 0 .635 has a moderate degree of correlation. It shows that the self-assessment questionnaire has high reliability and validity.
This study selected survey by stratified random sampling of the economic development level in Henan Province, from Zhengzhou, Zhoukou, Luoyang City, Xinxiang, and other places of different types of kindergarten, also selected the Guangdong province Huizhou 600 pre-school teachers self-assessment questionnaire. A questionnaire issued him a corresponding 300 copies. This study used SPSS 16 software, variance analysis, correlation analysis of the data, data regression analysis and other statistical methods.
The study found that: the overall level of preschool teachers' work engagement needs to be further improved. The higher wages of job engagement is high, the work of dedicated teachers in class 1-6 and class 13-18 Park scale level was significantly higher than that of other teachers, different educational background, marriage, work engagement of preschool teachers with different working years of significant differences but in different positions, kindergarten, preschool teachers' overall work engagement garden type degree have no significant difference.
Based on the above research, combining with the related data, on how to improve the work of preschool teachers engagement and put forward some feasible suggestions: 1. government should increase financial input in the preschool education development, improve the treatment of pre-school teachers; 2. preschool teachers to provide more professional development opportunities; 3. set reasonable rules and regulations; 4. to provide more humane care of preschool teachers 5.; reasonable control kindergarten scale.
