【摘要】： 廈門市民辦幼兒園自改革開放以來得到迅速的恢復(fù)和長足的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)成為廈門市幼教事業(yè)的重要組成部份。但由于辦園外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部管理方面依然存在著諸多問題，以致廈門市民辦園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀喜中有憂，發(fā)人思考。本文旨在通過對廈門市民辦園的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，從而總結(jié)成功經(jīng)驗，針灸既有不足，引鑒“他山之石”，以探求促進(jìn)民辦園持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的對策。 本文的研究方法以定性研究為主，兼用定量研究。研究技術(shù)主要是訪談并輔以問卷調(diào)查。 全文共分四個章節(jié)。第一章是把廈門市民辦園的發(fā)展放在全國民辦幼教發(fā)展大背景中進(jìn)行審視和定位。第二章是對廈門市民辦園的發(fā)展歷程和特點、發(fā)揮的作用與功能，以及存在的主要問題進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析。第三章的對策研究則從優(yōu)化辦園外部條件和強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部管理兩部份入手。指出既要提高認(rèn)識，轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，完善宏觀管理體制，加強(qiáng)立法，做到依法治園；又要建立健全內(nèi)部管理機(jī)制，優(yōu)化教師隊伍，，增強(qiáng)服務(wù)意識和目標(biāo)意識，辦出質(zhì)量與品牌。第四章對廈門市民辦園走出一條具有廈門特色的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的民辦幼教之路的前景展望。
[Abstract]:Private kindergarten in Xiamen has undergone a rapid recovery and rapid development since the reform and opening up, has become an important part of Xiamen preschool education. But due to the garden of external environment and internal management still exist many problems, the current situation of the development of hi that Xiamen public office park in sorrow, people think. The purpose of this article is to through the analysis of the history and present situation of Xiamen public kindergarten, to summarize the successful experience and existing problems of acupuncture, cited "outside the box" measures to promote the sustained and healthy development of private garden to explore.
The research methods in this paper are mainly qualitative research and quantitative research. The research techniques are mainly interviews and questionnaire investigation.
The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the development of the Xiamen public kindergarten on national private preschool education and to examine the localization development background. The second chapter is the development and characteristics of Xiamen public kindergarten, role and function, to analyze the current situation and existing problems of third countermeasures. Chapter is from the optimization of kindergarten external conditions and strengthen the internal management of the two part. This article points out that we should improve the understanding, change idea, perfect the macro management system, strengthen legislation, to rule the kindergarten in accordance with the law; and establish a sound internal management mechanism, optimize the teachers, enhance service awareness and sense of purpose, to the quality and brand. The fourth chapter forecast for the people of Xiamen office park out of a sustainable development with characteristics of Xiamen private preschool education way in the future.
