【摘要】: 城鄉(xiāng)結合部是一個特殊的城市新生地域實體,具有人口總量快速膨脹、人口來源多樣性、文化多元性、居民之間關系的復雜性、大量流動人口聚居的突出特點。這些特殊的地域特點給當?shù)氐膶W前教育帶來了極大的挑戰(zhàn),特別是在公辦園將來源如此多樣、文化差異大的各類學前兒童納入到統(tǒng)一的教育體系后,如何保證他們能夠享受到真正適合他們的、在起點、過程和結果上都公平的教育,成為一大難題。本研究擬從城鄉(xiāng)結合部公辦園家長對其子女教育的需求角度喚起社會各界對此問題的足夠的關注,并為解決此難題提供更多實證的依據(jù)與建議。 論文的主要研究目的和內容為:1.調查了解城鄉(xiāng)結合部公辦園兒童的家庭文化背景情況,包括家庭戶籍、結構、居住區(qū)、經(jīng)濟收入水平、流動情況、家長職業(yè)階層、學歷水平、兒童的主要照顧者、在家使用的第一語言、遷入上海的時間等;2.調查了解城鄉(xiāng)結合部公辦園家長對其子女的需求狀況,包括家長對其子女教育的期待和家長對其子女當前幼兒園教育的需求。對子女教育的期待包含家長對子女的學歷期望、希望孩子將來成為怎樣的人以及對孩子個性特點的期望;對子女當前幼兒園教育的需求包括家長對子女的入園需求、教育支持的需求以及對幼兒園教育環(huán)境/內容/形式需求等三個方面;3.分析不同家庭文化背景家長的需求有什么差異,并關注部分特殊群體家長有何特殊的需求,深入探究家庭文化背景與家長教育的需求之間的復雜聯(lián)系。 本研究結果表明,城鄉(xiāng)結合部公辦園兒童的家庭文化背景具有復雜多元的特點,家長對其子女教育的需求受其多元文化背景的影響而存在多方面的差異,部分特殊群體的家長還存在特殊的需求。面對多元化背景的家長及其差異化的需求,當今城鄉(xiāng)結合部公辦園的教育,一視同仁地“平等”對待兒童與家長,實質上卻走向了另外一種不公平。因此,本研究認為應該調整當前以城市文化為導向的城鄉(xiāng)結合部公辦園教育,納入多元文化,培育教師對多元文化的敏感性,并關注相對弱勢的家庭,提供更多的支持與幫助。
[Abstract]:The urban fringe is a special city of the new geographical entity, with the rapid expansion of the total population, population diversity, cultural diversity and complexity of the relationship between the residents of the prominent characteristics of a large number of floating population living. These special geographical features have brought great challenges to the local preschool education, especially in the public garden the source of such diversity, cultural differences of preschool children into the unified education system, how to ensure that they can enjoy real for them, at the starting point, process and result on the fair education, has become a major problem. This paper from the integration of urban and rural public kindergartens demand perspective on the education of their children to arouse the whole society to this problem and enough attention, and provide the basis for more empirical and suggestions for solving this problem.
The main research content and purpose of the paper is as follows: 1. to investigate the combination of urban and rural family cultural background of public kindergarten children, including family residence, residential area, flow structure, income level, education level, occupation class parents, the main caregivers of children, in the first language use, moved to Shanghai time 2.; to investigate the combination of urban and rural demand situation of public kindergartens for their children, including the parents of their children's education and look forward to the needs of the parents to their children. The current kindergarten education for their children's education expectation degree parents expectations for their children, hope that the children will become what people and expectations of children's personality characteristics for children; the current kindergarten education needs including the parents of the children in the park, the three aspects of education and the demands of kindergarten education environment / content / form requirements etc. 3., analyze the difference between parents' needs of different family culture backgrounds, and pay close attention to the special needs of some special group parents, and further explore the complex relationship between family cultural background and parental education needs.
The results of this study show that has the characteristics of complexity and diversity of public park children's family cultural background combining urban and rural areas, parents demand on the education of their children under the multicultural background and differences in many aspects, some special groups of parents have special needs. Parents face and the differences between the diversified background of demand. According to Ministry of public park education in urban and rural areas, equally treat the children and parents of equality ", actually to another kind of unfair. Therefore, this study suggests that should be combined with the Ministry of public kindergarten education in urban and rural areas to adjust the current city culture oriented, into multi culture, cultivate teachers' sensitivity for cultural diversity, and pay attention to the disadvantaged families, to provide more support and help.
