【摘要】： 教師素質(zhì)是教育的軟實(shí)力中最重要的部分,通過教師在職培訓(xùn)提高教師素質(zhì)已成為世界各國的共識(shí)。幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)是提高幼兒園教師隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)的重要途徑。本文將研究視角鎖定在幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)的效益上,采用文獻(xiàn)研究和調(diào)查研究的方法,對(duì)北京、上海和廣州三地的幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,試圖了解當(dāng)前幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)的成本投入狀況、效益水平以及存在的問題。然后對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果和文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出相應(yīng)的建議性策略。 本文包括四部分內(nèi)容,第一部分研究了終身教育理念和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論視野下的幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)。第二部分對(duì)培訓(xùn)效益的概念和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行研究,提出幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)應(yīng)樹立四位一體的效益觀,即培訓(xùn)的宗旨是促進(jìn)教育發(fā)展;培訓(xùn)的目標(biāo)是促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展;培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和教育效益相結(jié)合,個(gè)人效益和社會(huì)效益相統(tǒng)一,實(shí)現(xiàn)幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和教育效益、個(gè)人效益和社會(huì)效益四位一體的效益觀。 第三部分調(diào)查分析幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)幼兒園教師在職培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)總體投入偏低且分布不均衡;教師個(gè)人承擔(dān)的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)較高;教師付出的培訓(xùn)時(shí)間成本較大;培訓(xùn)的評(píng)價(jià)不盡合理;培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和教育效益不協(xié)調(diào);培訓(xùn)的個(gè)人效益和社會(huì)效益相分離;培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容脫離教師需求;培訓(xùn)的組織管理不規(guī)范等。 最后,針對(duì)培訓(xùn)的成本和效益問題,本文提出了優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)的政策導(dǎo)向和經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、提高培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)的使用效益和加強(qiáng)對(duì)培訓(xùn)的組織管理等三方面建議。
[Abstract]:The quality of teachers is the most important part of the soft power of education. Improving the quality of teachers through in-service training of teachers has become the consensus of all countries in the world. The on-the-job training of kindergarten teachers is an important way to improve the overall quality of the kindergarten teachers. This paper focuses on the job training of kindergarten teachers benefit, literature research and survey research methods used in the investigation of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou three kindergarten teachers in-service training status, trying to understand the current kindergarten teachers in-service training costs, benefits and problems. Then the results of the investigation and the literature are analyzed, and on this basis, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
