【摘要】：目的比較在不同類型的學(xué)校健康教育模式下小學(xué)生的健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為情況,探討在現(xiàn)有課程改革進(jìn)程模式下發(fā)展學(xué)校健康教育的可行性。方法采用兩階段整群抽樣方法,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市3所小學(xué)151名小學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果學(xué)生健康知識(shí)的知曉率為42.4%~95.4%,集中單獨(dú)授課組學(xué)生吃蔬菜、便后洗手、睡前刷牙、飯前洗手的比率均高于分散授課組;綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,集中單獨(dú)授課組學(xué)生的健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為均好于分散授課組。結(jié)論長(zhǎng)沙市小學(xué)生健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為還存在問(wèn)題,在現(xiàn)階段,學(xué)校健康教育應(yīng)該以集中單獨(dú)授課的教學(xué)模式為主。
