【摘要】：校園是學(xué)習(xí)共同體,也是生活共同體。幸福教育必須扎根于師生校園生活的現(xiàn)實土壤,致力塑造感受、分享、追尋幸福的人。以幸福教育的視角審理當(dāng)下校園生活,關(guān)涉幸福的校園重構(gòu)成為我們應(yīng)有的使命和現(xiàn)實的課題。當(dāng)下,幸福校園的實踐路向在于:建構(gòu)學(xué)校幸福愿景;轉(zhuǎn)變校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式;塑造和諧校園文化;提升師生幸福能力。
[Abstract]:Campus is not only a learning community, but also a living community. Happiness education must be rooted in the realistic soil of teachers and students' campus life, and strive to shape feelings, share and pursue happiness. From the perspective of happiness education to deal with the current campus life, the campus reconstruction related to happiness has become our due mission and realistic subject. At present, the practical direction of happy campus lies in: constructing the vision of school happiness; changing the way of headmaster leadership; shaping harmonious campus culture; and improving the happiness ability of teachers and students.
