【摘要】：目的了解初中生預(yù)防艾滋病知識(shí)、關(guān)愛(ài)態(tài)度、正向行為能力現(xiàn)狀,為健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采用整群抽樣方法,在鄭州市區(qū)選取教學(xué)水平相當(dāng)?shù)?所初中學(xué)校1 265名初二年級(jí)學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行預(yù)防艾滋病知識(shí)、關(guān)愛(ài)態(tài)度及正向行為能力問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果鄭州市區(qū)初中生艾滋病知識(shí)的平均知曉率為71.2%,對(duì)艾滋病的三大傳播途徑知曉率均在90%以上。85.0%的學(xué)生對(duì)艾滋病患者持關(guān)愛(ài)和幫助態(tài)度,提起艾滋病有緊張、恐懼感的比例為57.6%。能夠準(zhǔn)確判斷增加感染艾滋病機(jī)會(huì)的行為和艾滋病傳染途徑的比例分別為40.5%,32.6%。學(xué)生希望獲得預(yù)防艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)的途徑排在前3位的是學(xué)校教師講解(50.4%)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)(38.4%)、家長(zhǎng)告知(36.3%)。結(jié)論鄭州市區(qū)初中生對(duì)預(yù)防艾滋病的相關(guān)知識(shí)有一定的了解,首要來(lái)源途徑和希望來(lái)源途徑均為學(xué)校教師。艾滋病健康教育內(nèi)容要加強(qiáng)其針對(duì)性、系統(tǒng)性、全面性。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of AIDS prevention knowledge, caring attitude, positive behavior ability of junior high school students, and to provide evidence for health education. Methods A total of 1 265 junior middle school students with the same teaching level were selected by cluster sampling method to investigate AIDS prevention knowledge, caring attitude and positive behavior ability. Results the average awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among junior high school students in Zhengzhou was 71.2%, and the awareness rate of the three major transmission routes of AIDS was above 90%. 85.0% of the students showed caring and helping attitude towards AIDS patients, and the average awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among junior high school students in Zhengzhou was 71.2%. Mention AIDS has nervous, fear of the proportion of 57.6%. The proportion of behaviors and routes of transmission that increased the risk of HIV infection was 40.5% and 32.6% respectively. The top 3 students want to acquire AIDS-related knowledge are school teachers (50.4%), Internet (38.4%) and parents (36.3%). Conclusion the junior middle school students in Zhengzhou city have some knowledge about AIDS prevention, and the primary source and hope source are school teachers.
