【摘要】：目的 :探討山東漢族兒童青少年身體體成分現(xiàn)狀及變化規(guī)律。方法 :對山東省濰坊市城鄉(xiāng)漢族學生進行了體格測量 ,并計算出體脂率、總體脂量和瘦體重等身體體成分 ;通過逐步回歸對瘦體重及相關指標進行了回歸分析。結果 :身體體成分隨年齡的增長而增高 ,體成分在大多數(shù)年齡組存在性別差異和城鄉(xiāng)差異 ;城鄉(xiāng)男女生瘦體重與體重、肱三頭肌和肩胛下位皮褶厚度之和、身高及上臂圍存在回歸關系 (F =1 82 90 .0～ 5 81 1 4.5 ,P 0 .0 0 1 )。結論 :瘦體重和皮褶厚度是評價兒童青少年營養(yǎng)狀況和診斷肥胖的有效指標
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the current status and the change of the body composition of the children in the Han nationality in Shandong. Methods: The physical body composition of the Han nationality in the urban and rural areas of Shandong Province was measured and the body composition of body fat, fat and lean body weight were calculated. The regression analysis of the body weight and related index was carried out by stepwise regression. Results: The body composition increased with age, the body composition had sex difference and urban-rural difference in most age groups, and the sum of the thin body weight and body weight, triceps and subscapular skinfold thickness of both male and female students in urban and rural areas. The relationship between height and upper arm circumference (F = 1 82 90.0-5 81 1 4.5, P 0.001). Conclusion: The thickness of lean body weight and skinfold is an effective index to evaluate the nutritional status of children and to diagnose obesity.
