我國學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的雙重博弈

【摘要】：依據(jù)信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)有關(guān)原理,揭示了目前我國學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)激勵(lì)機(jī)制雙重博弈的內(nèi)涵及特征,分析了在雙重博弈激勵(lì)機(jī)制下學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的行為取向,并就雙重博弈激勵(lì)機(jī)制的制度調(diào)整提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:According to the relevant principles of information economics, this paper reveals the connotation and characteristics of the double game of incentive mechanism for school leaders in China at present, and analyzes the behavior orientation of school leaders under the incentive mechanism of double game. And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the system adjustment of the double game incentive mechanism.
