學(xué)生威脅評估——一種預(yù)防校園暴力事件的方法

【摘要】:威脅評估是美國學(xué)校預(yù)防校園突發(fā)暴力事件的一種方法,學(xué)校威脅評估小組通過對學(xué)生發(fā)出的威脅的性質(zhì)和嚴(yán)重程度進(jìn)行評估,結(jié)合學(xué)生威脅的意圖和實施威脅的能力,制定廣泛而周密的干預(yù)計劃,防止學(xué)生暴力事件的發(fā)生。威脅評估主要有以下三個功能:識別潛在的犯罪者;對潛在的犯罪者引起的暴力的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行評價;對潛在的犯罪者及其對潛在目標(biāo)構(gòu)成的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行管理。威脅評估是一種值得我國學(xué)校借鑒的預(yù)防校園突發(fā)事件的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Threat assessment is a method used by American schools to prevent sudden violence on campus. School threat assessment teams assess the nature and severity of the threats made by students, combining students' intention to threaten and their ability to carry out threats. Develop extensive and thorough intervention programs to prevent student violence. Threat assessment has the following three main functions: identifying potential offenders; evaluating the risk of violence caused by potential offenders; and managing potential offenders and their risks to potential targets. Threat assessment is an effective method to prevent campus emergencies.
