【摘要】：面對普通高校成人教育生源的復(fù)雜性,如何加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)成人教育教學(xué)管理,促進(jìn)繼續(xù)教育的發(fā)展是成人教育工作者面臨的主要難題。文章利用對成教學(xué)生的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析,總結(jié)了兩種主要生源學(xué)生的學(xué)生類型及類型分布情況,根據(jù)不同類型學(xué)生的特點(diǎn),有針對性地提出了教學(xué)管理意見。
[Abstract]:In the face of the complexity of adult education students in colleges and universities, how to strengthen and improve the management of adult education teaching and promote the development of continuing education is the main problem faced by adult educators. Based on the analysis of the investigation data of adult students, this paper summarizes the student types and their distribution of the two main students, and puts forward the teaching management suggestions according to the characteristics of different types of students.
