【摘要】：正本文所述基層教育單位指國(guó)家、省部級(jí)教育部門(mén)或組織以下的教育行政部門(mén)及學(xué)校、幼兒園。規(guī)章制度指用人單位為保障單位各項(xiàng)工作順利開(kāi)展而制定的用來(lái)約束人的行為的條文或條款,也稱(chēng)內(nèi)部勞動(dòng)規(guī)則,是單位內(nèi)部的"法律"。規(guī)章制度內(nèi)容廣泛,包括用人單位經(jīng)營(yíng)管理等各個(gè)方面的規(guī)則。教育規(guī)章制度專(zhuān)指教育領(lǐng)域的規(guī)章制度。基層教育規(guī)章制度專(zhuān)指用來(lái)保證基層教育部門(mén)或?qū)W校、幼兒園工作順利開(kāi)展的具有本單位或本區(qū)域教育系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:The basic educational units mentioned in this paper refer to the administrative departments of education, schools and kindergartens under the state, provincial and ministerial education departments or organizations. Rules and regulations refer to the provisions or clauses that the employing unit makes to ensure the smooth development of the work of the unit, also known as the internal labor rules, which is the "law" within the unit. The rules and regulations are extensive, including the management of employers and other aspects of the rules. Educational rules and regulations refer specifically to the rules and regulations in the field of education. The rules and regulations of grass-roots education refer specifically to the educational system of the unit or region that ensures the smooth development of the work of the grass-roots education department or school or kindergarten.
