【摘要】：目的探討兒童少年衛(wèi)生學(xué)在學(xué)校常見病預(yù)防中的重要作用。方法選取2013年10月~2014年8月本地區(qū)13所中小學(xué)在校生8739名作為研究組,尚未開展兒童少年衛(wèi)生學(xué)教育;選取2014年9月~12月本地區(qū)各中小學(xué)在校生8244名作為對照組,已陸續(xù)開展兒童少年衛(wèi)生學(xué)教育。記錄不同時間段中小學(xué)生常見病檢出率,將所得數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)專業(yè)統(tǒng)計學(xué)檢驗后獲得結(jié)論。結(jié)果研究組常見病檢出率為33.88%,明顯高于對照組的27.84%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論開展兒童青少年衛(wèi)生學(xué)教育工作可顯著降低在校生常見病發(fā)生率,有利于保障青少年兒童身心健康及生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the important role of child health in the prevention of common diseases in schools. Methods from October 2013 to August 2014, 8739 students from 13 primary and secondary schools in this area were selected as the study group. 8244 primary and secondary school students from September to December 2014 were selected as the control group, and the education of children and adolescents was carried out one after another. The detection rate of common diseases in primary and middle school students was recorded in different time periods, and the conclusion was obtained by professional statistical test. Results the detection rate of common diseases in the study group was 33.88, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (27.84). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the work of health education for children and adolescents can significantly reduce the incidence of common diseases among school students and help to ensure the physical and mental health and quality of life of adolescent children.
