【摘要】：學(xué)校之“名”與“義”本應(yīng)是相輔相成的,然而,在現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中,以學(xué)校之“名”行非學(xué)校之“義”的現(xiàn)象時(shí)有表現(xiàn)。有的時(shí)候,人們“以學(xué)校的名義”干了一些非學(xué)校職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的事情,阻礙了學(xué)校功能的正常發(fā)揮。本文從學(xué)校的“名義”這一標(biāo)志學(xué)校的社會(huì)符號(hào)切入,認(rèn)為學(xué)校應(yīng)是“名”、“義”相符的社會(huì)實(shí)在,學(xué)校就是“教人育人”的專門機(jī)關(guān),教育人、培養(yǎng)人是學(xué)校的基本功能,應(yīng)當(dāng)成為學(xué)校以一貫之的核心價(jià)值追求。否則,學(xué)校如果偏離了這一基本功能,就會(huì)陷入“盛名之下其實(shí)難副”的尷尬境界。
[Abstract]:The "name" and "righteousness" of the school should complement each other, however, in the real society, the phenomenon of "doing" in the name of the school is not the "meaning" of the school from time to time. Sometimes, people do non-school duties in the name of the school, which hinders the normal functioning of the school. Starting from the social symbol of the school's "name", this paper holds that the school should be a social reality of "name" and "meaning". The school is the specialized organization of "educating people", and educating and cultivating people is the basic function of the school. Should become the school with consistent core value pursue. Otherwise, if the school deviates from this basic function, it will fall into the awkward state of "reputation."
