【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,各種社會(huì)教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)不斷興起,社會(huì)教育輔導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)以強(qiáng)大的市場(chǎng)占有率生存著,為很多學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)解決了不少學(xué)業(yè)上的煩惱。但是隨著規(guī)模上的擴(kuò)大和教育人數(shù)的增加,教輔培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)在教學(xué)檔案管理工作上存在了不少問題,本文對(duì)此展開探討,分析當(dāng)前社會(huì)教輔培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)檔案管理中存在的缺陷,并深入探討解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education in China, various social teaching institutions have been rising, social education guidance and training institutions are living with a strong market share, for many students' parents to solve a lot of academic troubles. However, with the expansion of the scale and the increase of the number of people in education, there are many problems in the management of teaching archives in teaching-assisted training institutions. This paper discusses this problem and analyzes the defects in the management of teaching archives in social teaching-assisted training institutions. And deeply discuss the solution countermeasure.
