【摘要】：近年來,世界各國都對其學(xué)校管理體制進(jìn)行了改革,希望提高學(xué)校管理的效率和效能,滿足社會轉(zhuǎn)型、時代變遷過程中國家和民眾對教育的新要求。各國希望通過學(xué)校管理的制度創(chuàng)新,改革中小學(xué)管理,把提高學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量作為學(xué)校管理改革的根本目的和價值訴求。其中,學(xué)校管理的獨立自主、管理人員的專業(yè)化和管理的民主參與成為全球?qū)W校管理改革的基本趨勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the countries all over the world have reformed their school management system, hoping to improve the efficiency and efficiency of school management, to meet the new demands of the country and the public on education in the process of social transformation and times change. Countries hope to reform the management of primary and secondary schools through the system innovation of school management, and regard the improvement of the quality of school education as the fundamental purpose and value demand of the reform of school management. Among them, the independence of school management, the specialization of management staff and the democratic participation of management become the basic trend of global school management reform.
