【摘要】：隨著我國社會的變革和教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,學校被要求培養(yǎng)出多層次、全方位的人才。因而,各級各類學校要根據(jù)自身情況,創(chuàng)建出獨特、整體、科學、穩(wěn)定的風格,在同類學校脫穎而出。然而,特色學校的創(chuàng)建離不開區(qū)域文化的影響。一個地區(qū)的區(qū)域文化涵蓋了整個地區(qū)的資源特點、人文品位、區(qū)域需求等。以冰雪文化為載體的特色學校建設中學校領導要有戰(zhàn)略眼光,能夠全面充分地理解冰雪文化的意義,發(fā)掘新內(nèi)涵;在校園文化建設中,以冰雪文化為載體,形成具有自身特點的校園文化;教師要對冰雪文化有完整的認識,學校要通過校本課程建設,對于冰雪文化的歷史價值、社會價值、教育價值進行完整的闡述;在教學活動中要突出冰雪文化的特色,如體育課教學、美術課教學、音樂課教學,應該側重于冰雪文化的內(nèi)涵;在學校設施建設中,學校要爭取政府的支持,加強與冰雪運動相關聯(lián)的體育場館等設施建設,充分利用校園環(huán)境,進行冰雕、雪雕藝術的創(chuàng)作;在教材建設方面注意對冰雪文化的挖掘,校本教材的建設。
[Abstract]:With the reform of our society and the development of educational undertakings, schools are required to cultivate a multilevel and full range of talents. Therefore, schools at all levels should create a unique, integrated, scientific and stable style and stand out in similar schools according to their own circumstances. However, the creation of special schools can not be separated from the influence of regional culture. The regional culture covers the characteristics of the resources of the whole region, the humanistic taste, the regional demand, and so on. The construction of high school leaders with ice and snow culture as the carrier should have a strategic vision to fully understand the meaning of the ice and snow culture and explore the new connotation. In the construction of campus culture, the ice and snow culture is the carrier, forming its own characteristics. Campus culture; teachers should have a complete understanding of the ice and snow culture, school based curriculum construction, the historical value of ice and snow culture, social value, educational value of a complete exposition, in the teaching activities to highlight the characteristics of ice and snow culture, such as physical education teaching, art teaching, music teaching, should focus on Bing Xuewen In the construction of school facilities, the school should strive for the support of the government, strengthen the construction of the stadium and other facilities associated with the ice and snow movement, make full use of the campus environment, carry out the creation of ice sculpture and snow sculpture, and pay attention to the excavation of ice and snow culture and the construction of school-based textbooks in the construction of teaching materials.
