【摘要】:正 學(xué)校特色建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)有目的、有計(jì)劃的系統(tǒng)工程,其首要環(huán)節(jié)是設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)既集中體現(xiàn)著辦學(xué)主體對(duì)學(xué)校特色的認(rèn)識(shí),又是學(xué)校特色建設(shè)實(shí)踐的起點(diǎn),營建是設(shè)計(jì)的延伸,是將設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)變成現(xiàn)實(shí)的途徑;品位升格則是一種無止境的后續(xù)工程,學(xué)校特色需要不斷地升格,不斷地進(jìn)入新的境界。 一、學(xué)校特色設(shè)計(jì)的要求 1.緊緊依托民族特色。 我們所追求的學(xué)校特色,首先應(yīng)該具備中國特色。只有具備鮮明的民族風(fēng)格和民族特色,才能走向世界,參與國際交流。聯(lián)合國教科文組織教育助理總干事波爾先生誠懇地指出:“中國具有豐富的文化遺產(chǎn)和傳統(tǒng),這是很寶貴的,希望中國在對(duì)外開放和向西方學(xué)習(xí)的過程中不要拋棄它們!边@是真誠的也是中肯的提醒。
