【摘要】：目的了解浙江省2010—2012年學生人群艾滋病感染狀況及危險行為情況,為學校開展艾滋病相關健康教育提供參考依據(jù)。方法利用艾滋病綜合防治信息系統(tǒng),分析浙江省15～24歲感染艾滋病病毒的學生疫情特征;采用分階段整群抽樣方法,于2010—2012年在杭州、溫州市2所高校每年分別抽取1 609,1 600,1 600名學生開展哨點監(jiān)測,分析艾滋病危險行為及影響因素。結果 2010—2012年浙江省報告15～24歲感染艾滋病的學生人數(shù)分別占1.61%,1.38%,1.75%。傳播途徑為同性傳播分別占87.5%,88.2%,71.4%。2010—2012年學生性行為報告率分別為13.1%,9.1%,6.9%(P0.05),臨時性行為報告率分別為34.3%,34.1%,37.8%(P0.05);男男性行為報告率分別為5.3%,2.0%,7.4%(P0.05);商業(yè)性行為報告率分別為3.4%,3.6%,9.9%(P0.05);進行HIV檢測報告率分別為2.0%,2.2%,1.9%(P0.05)。學生哨點監(jiān)測中尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV抗體陽性者,梅毒抗體陽性檢出率分別為0.12%,0,0.06%。結論浙江省學生艾滋病感染人數(shù)逐年增加,同性性行為是學生感染HIV主要途徑,臨時性行為、商業(yè)性行為普遍存在而HIV檢測率低。建議加強宣傳干預,提高高危人群的檢測意識。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of AIDS infection and dangerous behavior among the students in Zhejiang province from 2010 to 2012, and to provide reference for the education of AIDS related health in schools. Methods the epidemic characteristics of the AIDS virus in Zhejiang province were analyzed by the comprehensive AIDS prevention and control information system, and the phased cluster sampling method was used. From 2010 to 2012 in Hangzhou, 2 colleges and universities in Wenzhou, Wenzhou, selected 1 609,1 600,1 students each year to carry out sentinel monitoring to analyze the risk behaviors and influencing factors of AIDS.
