【摘要】：提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量是８０年代以來(lái)我國(guó)高等教育改革和發(fā)展的一個(gè)核心目標(biāo)，也是高校教育教學(xué)改革努力的方向。高校是如何認(rèn)識(shí)并管理教學(xué)質(zhì)量的？當(dāng)前我國(guó)普通高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理狀況究竟如何？有哪些經(jīng)驗(yàn)？如何認(rèn)識(shí)和發(fā)展這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)？本文報(bào)告了不久前圍繞上述問(wèn)題對(duì)上海普通高校進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)專題研究的部分成果。上海高校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)可概括為一個(gè)以制度為基礎(chǔ)，以嚴(yán)格管理和不斷創(chuàng)新為特征，，由１６個(gè)相互聯(lián)系的要素構(gòu)成的教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。這一經(jīng)驗(yàn)代表了上海高校為適應(yīng)日益復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外環(huán)境，在教學(xué)管理方面所做出的集體努力，是我國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展到新階段的產(chǎn)物，在國(guó)內(nèi)具有前導(dǎo)性，在國(guó)際上亦有一定優(yōu)勢(shì)。上海經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)壳斑�處于生長(zhǎng)期，有著很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。發(fā)展和完善這一經(jīng)驗(yàn)，既需要高校自身做出努力，更需要外部提供體制性支持
[Abstract]:Improving teaching quality is a core goal of the reform and development of higher education in China since the 1980s, and it is also the direction of the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities. How do colleges and universities understand and manage the quality of teaching? What is the current situation of teaching quality management in colleges and universities in China? What's your experience? How can these experiences be recognized and developed? This paper reports some achievements of a special research on Shanghai ordinary colleges and universities which was carried out recently around the above problems. The teaching quality management experience of Shanghai colleges and universities can be summarized as a teaching quality monitoring system based on institution, characterized by strict management and continuous innovation, and consisting of 16 interrelated elements. This experience represents the collective efforts made by Shanghai colleges and universities to adapt to the increasingly complex internal and external environment. It is the product of the development of higher education in China to a new stage and has some advantages at home and abroad. The Shanghai experience is still in its growing stage and has great potential for development. To develop and perfect this experience requires not only the efforts of universities themselves, but also the external institutional support.
