【摘要】：文章認(rèn)為除了經(jīng)濟(jì)資本(財(cái)、物等)和人力資本(教師)以外,社會(huì)資本也是影響學(xué)校運(yùn)行和發(fā)展的十分重要的因素,因?yàn)橐欢ǖ纳鐣?huì)資本能夠轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)資本和人力資本。這一點(diǎn)在我國從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌的過程中表現(xiàn)得更明顯。文章建議學(xué)校應(yīng)該注意對(duì)社會(huì)資本的培育。
[Abstract]:In addition to economic capital (financial, material, etc.) and human capital (teacher), social capital is also a very important factor affecting the operation and development of school, because a certain social capital can be transformed into economic capital and human capital. This point in our country from the planned economy to the market economy in the process of showing more obvious. The article suggests that schools should pay attention to the cultivation of social capital.
